A professional woman with shoulder-length dark hair, wearing a black blazer over a blue top, smiling, sitting against a gray background.

Amy McWilliam is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Organisational Psychology and almost 20 years of experience across therapy, coaching, leadership development and organisational consulting.

Her career has spanned clinical practice, executive assessment, organisational culture, risk culture, change and leadership advisory work across government, financial services, health and other complex settings. She has worked with individuals, leaders and organisations in Australia and internationally.

Today, Amy brings those perspectives together through Second Curve Psychology. She supports adults navigating burnout, career change, midlife transition, work and family strain and identity shifts. She also advises executives and organisations on leadership, culture, change, team effectiveness and the human impact of new ways of working.

Her approach is reflective, practical and psychologically grounded. The work is collaborative and direct, with enough depth to understand what is driving the issue and enough structure to support meaningful action.
