Therapy

1:1 therapy for adults at a turning point, when the old way of coping no longer fits and something needs to shift. It is a space to pause, make sense of what is happening, and rebuild clarity and steadiness.

You might be running on fumes, questioning your direction, feeling flat or disconnected, or navigating midlife changes including perimenopause and menopause. The work is collaborative, practical, and evidence informed, with enough depth to get to the root of things without getting lost in analysis.

Medicare rebates are available with a GP referral. A limited number of no gap appointments are offered for people experiencing financial hardship or from marginalised and under represented communities.

All therapy sessions are conducted online, so you can connect from a setting that feels comfortable and grounded.
