Group work is designed to create the space for meaningful conversation, reflection, and alignment; within leadership teams, organisations, and groups navigating change.
Amy facilitates customised sessions focused on leadership, culture, and strategy, helping teams explore how they work, communicate, and grow together. Each workshop blends evidence-based frameworks with real-world application; engaging participants in honest dialogue, problem-solving, and forward planning.
