The Second Curve Philosophy

Life rarely unfolds in a straight line.

Second Curve Psychology is for people and organisations at a turning point. Burnout. Disillusionment. A big transition. Or that quieter, nagging thought: is this really it?

Inspired by Charles Handy’s Second Curve, I see these moments as pivots, not problems. A chance to drop what no longer fits and step into a new chapter with more meaning, energy, and direction.

My work spans therapy, coaching, and facilitated group programs. The thread is the same across all of it: practical support that helps you understand what is driving the pattern, get clear on what matters, and take real steps forward. No pathologising, no fixing. Just humans evolving and recalibrating.

I also work with people who are doing fine on the outside but feel stuck on the inside. If something in you is shifting, we can name it, make sense of it, and turn it into a next move that actually feels like you.

Working together

My approach is collaborative, human, and straight up. The best work happens when you feel respected and supported, and we can tell the truth about what is going on without making it heavy or clinical.

I draw on evidence based methods, tailored to your goals, values, and context. We keep it grounded in real life, with insight that turns into action.

Therapy is offered online, so you can meet from a space that feels comfortable. Coaching and facilitation are available online or in person depending on your needs and location, with the same depth, professionalism, and room for genuine progress.
