Amy McWilliam is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Organisational Psychology and 18 years’ experience across therapeutic and organisational settings. She brings depth and real world perspective to the moments where life and work stop fitting together neatly.

Her early clinical work gave her a wide lens, supporting children on the autism spectrum, adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression, and adults rebuilding after injury. That breadth shaped a clear understanding of how stress, identity, and coping patterns play out over time, and what actually helps people regain steadiness and momentum.

From there, she moved into organisational consulting, leadership development, and executive coaching, partnering with and advising leaders globally as they made high stakes decisions, led change, and tried to juggle performance, personal life, and ambition without burning out.

Today, her practice brings those worlds together. She supports adults through pivotal transitions, including career change, midlife recalibration, work and family strain, and the identity shifts that can come with perimenopause and menopause. Many clients are doing well, but are at a crossroads and want to be deliberate about what is next.

Amy’s style is collaborative, reflective, and pragmatic. It is a genuine two way conversation, with warmth and honesty, not a script and not a performance. Therapy makes room for depth, insight, and repair, coaching adds structure and accountability, and group work builds shared clarity and alignment. In all settings, the aim is progress that feels real, sustainable, and true to you.
